Nikola Tesla
By 35 in 1891, Nikola Tesla was able to demonstrate wireless communication, the whole reason you’re
able to log onto the Internet. Before that, he worked closely with Thomas Edison and if often credited with the invention
of electricity. He later went on to work on patents for things like the radio, the X-ray, electric motors, and lasers.
David Bowie even played him in that movie, The Prestige. In 1898 he invented the remote control, which is now used by
couch potatoes to surf and TEVO soap operas.
