Eva Peron
By the time of Eva Peron’s death at 33 she had already been established as the female Jesus of Argentina.
In 1946 She used her position as first lady to fight for causes such as women's suffrage and improving the lives of the
poor. She also ran the ministries of health and labor in her husband's government, and founded and ran the nation's
first large-scale female political party. Maybe try an Argentinian wine the next time you host your next ladies book club.
